This is Utah's best Jerky if not the best in the West. Gourmet western style Buffalo, Elk, and Beef Jerky. Original, Peppered, Sweet Peppered, Teriyaki, Sweet n' Hot, and Hot flavors. The local favorite seems to be the Peppered Elk. Come see one of the few man made sights that can be seen from space in the Bingham Copper Mine, as well as Butterfield Canyon (one of the best kept secrets in Salt Lake Valley). Visit the Wild Horse and Burro Center on your way up the canyon. While you are in the area check out this jerky! You can find the jerky at the corner of 118th south and Bachus Hwy on Monday through Thursday and at the mouth of Butterfield Canyon on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weather permitting).
